Information you provide

The consultation form collects your name, email, company, service of interest, and business goals. Phone number and website are optional. If you ask the website chat to contact our team, it collects your name, phone number, email, request, and the accompanying chat transcript. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use submitted details to review your inquiry, understand the services you are interested in, and respond. Consultation requests receive a reference number after they are saved. Submitting either form does not enroll you in a marketing email list.

Storage and email delivery

The website runs on Vercel. Submitted consultation and chat requests are stored in Neon Postgres. Resend is used to send request details to our team when email delivery is configured. These providers process the information needed to operate their services. Hosting and delivery services may also process technical details, such as connection information and delivery logs, to operate and protect the website.

Chat, video, and the BBB seal

The website chat answers from the site’s service information; it does not send questions to an external AI model. Its conversation is held in the page while you use it. A transcript is submitted to our team when you send a chat contact request.

The floating BBB seal connects your browser to BBB. The Introduction page embeds a YouTube player and links to GrooveVideo. Loading or using these third-party features may share technical information with those providers and may involve their cookies or storage. Their own privacy policies apply to their services. The homepage background video is served as a website file.

Cookies and analytics

The website’s own application code does not add advertising pixels or a separate analytics service. Embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technology. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect embedded features.

Retention and requests

Submitted inquiries remain in our database and notification mailbox until removed. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. To request access, a correction, or deletion, contact support@bestwebtechs.com and include your submission reference if available. We may need information to verify that the request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
